'Ink' is a blend of 90% Zweigelt and 10% Saint Laurent and is fermented in stainless steel before being aged in wooden casks for 12 months.
A dark ruby with a violet rim. On the nose, scents of sour cherry, sweet spices, cinnamon and cloves. On the palate, light and refreshing with soft tannins and an elegant spiciness leading to a juicy finish. Try with duck terrine, wild boar stew or slow roasted shoulder of pork.
